I’ll admit it took me awhile to “get” Pinterest.  An artist friend of mine who is usually up on the latest technology was posting things from Pinterest on his Facebook page for about a year and I had no idea what it was.  I am usually the last one to have anything new in the tech world.  It took driving in a white-out to convince me it might be a good idea to get a cell phone.  My husband and I got cell phones the following day.

So what’s all this fuss about something called Pinterest?  The first time I went on and signed up, I didn’t really know what to do.  So I left it for a few months.  Then I kept hearing more and more about it and decided to go back on check it out.  I was in awe of the beautiful photography of simple things…colorful flowers in a jar…delicious looking food that left me hunting down the recipe…stunning kitchens….and adorable babies.  I was hooked.  I realized everyone’s “Pinboard” was as unique as each person.  This intrigued me.  How fun this would be to create boards that were all about our dreams, wishes, and individual personalities!!  Indeed it IS fun!  I now find myself trying to get others on Pinterest to join in the fun!
